Q: What are your products used for?
A: Our products are a natural support system for dairy animals udder health. Our products are not FDA approved; therefore we cannot make any claims regarding our products’ purpose. It is at the farmers discretion to determine the products use.
Q: How are your liquid products used?
A: We provide general instructions for our liquid products that state to use 30 mL after milking for 3 milkings in a row and then allow at least one week after the last dose for shedding (flushing). Repeat if necessary. Dosage, number of milkings, and time may vary by product. Please refer to the products label for these variables. Again, Our products are not FDA approved; therefore we cannot make any claims regarding how to use our products. It is at the farmers discretion to determine how our products are used.
Q: What does it mean to alternate products?
A: For years farmers have alternated some of our products for a broader coverage. To do this, use one product after the morning milking and another after the evening milking for two days or a total of 4 milkings. (Ex. Today use 30 mL Yellow Jacket in the AM and 30 mL Ex-Cell 7000 in the PM. Repeat tomorrow.) Keep in mind our products were formulated to be used individually and do not need to be alternated.
Q: Would it be okay to use your liquid products in conjunction with your topical creams?
A: Absolutely. Using two products gives you a broader coverage, meaning you will have a better chance of helping your dairy animal. Our cream may also help in areas that some of our liquid products may not.
Q: Which is your best product?
A: There is not necessarily a “best” product, but there may be a better product depending on your dairy animal health needs. It’s best to read each product description and base your decision on that. As far as sales go, our top 3 best selling liquid products are Yellow Jacket, Cellex Gold, and Ex-Cell 7000. Our Superior Cow Cream and Synergy Udder Spray sell equally.
Q: Can your liquid products be infused in the teat?
A: Our products are sold for oral or topical use and we make no claims that any of our products can be infused intramammary. We ensure that our products are tested for every possible way a farmer may try to use them to ensure that they are safe and to eliminate potentially harmful situations. It is at the farmers discretion to determine how to use our products.
Q: Do you diagnose medical issues in dairy animals?
A: We are willing and able to provide you with examples from our 40+ years of dairy farming experience with what we have seen and what we have done in certain situations, but we are not veterinarians nor a veterinary service. Our advice and experiences should not be taken in place of a veterinary diagnoses, but more as a supportive aid if you so choose. If you have a situation that you believe is an emergency, please contact your local large animal veterinary service so they can assess the situation first-hand.
Q: Do you sell your Synergy Udder Spray larger containers?
A: Yes, our Synergy Udder Spray can be purchased in 55 Gallon drums. Please give us a call or email us at info@synergyanimalproducts.com with your information and the volume you wish to purchase.
